Hi Justin!


Adding a Custom Letterhead to a Mail-file Template is almost as easy as "uploading". Once you have made the necessary modifications, it should be selectable via the Notes Client.

The following TechNote contains a procedure you can follow to add the Custom Letterhead to a Mail-file Template:

In addition, you could contact IBM Lotus Support and request that an Enhancement Request be made to simplify this process. I am aware of several existing requests - the more "weight" added, the more attention this will get from IBM Lotus Development.
